Diagnostic Fee (Trip & Diagnosis)

Our diagnostic charge is determined by the complexity of the unit and the manufacturer. This fee covers the trip to your home and the comprehensive diagnosis of the appliance’s issue.

• Heating, Cooling and Fireplace: Diagnostic charge is $155.

• Standard Brands: Whirlpool, Kenmore, GE , Frigidaire , LG , Samsung, Maytag ……,  the diagnostic charge is $125.

• Premium Brands: Sub-Zero , GE Cafe, Monogram , DACOR, Thermador , Jenn-Air, Fisher & Paykel , Miele, Viking , built-in refrigerator……., the diagnostic charge is $220.

Scheduling and Payment

When scheduling your appointment online, we will contact you to verify the time and collect more detail about the appliance.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment by 4:00 p.m. the evening prior to your scheduled service date, no charges will be made.

Repair Quote & Fixed Pricing

Once our technician has thoroughly diagnosed your machine, you will be provided with a complete quote for the total repair cost.

We utilize the Industry standard pricing to determine all repair costs. This ensures the price you are quoted is fair and consistent, regardless of which technician completes your service.

• Warranty Note: If a warranty company referred you to us, please disregard the pricing outlined above—your warranty coverage applies. You are still welcome to schedule your appointment online.

Scheduling Your Service

We strive to accommodate your schedule and get your appliance fixed quickly!

• Flexible Scheduling: If you can be flexible with your service time, we can typically schedule your appointment very quickly.

• Preferred Time Frames: If you require a specific time window—Morning (8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) or Afternoon (12:00–4:00 p.m.)—your appointment may be scheduled out a couple of extra days.

Appointment Confirmation & Arrival

1. Evening Before: You will receive a call, text, or email from our automated system around 5:00 p.m. the evening before your appointment. This message will specify a 2-hour arrival window for your technician the following day. We will leave a message if you miss the call.

2. Technician On-Route: Our system will contact you again when your technician is on the way to your home to give you a final heads-up.
